Parents who are struggling with getting their kids to eat better should be totally discouraged, though. If you are a mom or dad who is looking to have their children eat better, you should not force certain food choices upon them but rather offer a sense of freedom. In addition, consider eating fruit yourself on a consistent basis for the sake of being a good example as a parent.
