It is very important to have your feet have a form of natural to it when you are wearing shoes. It does not matter that age you are a good shoe is always needed and as natural as possible. Natural foot motion is a big help in your daily activities and this can only be achieved with the correct shoe insoles for running.

Correct footwear is needed when you are thinking about going for a run of just your day to day activities. Your feet need to function just like any other part of your body and many shoes are designed to look the part. This does not mean that the manufacturer combined the comfort aspect of the shoe and style.

It is important to have good support for the arch or the foot also not to forget about ankle support. It is never nice to experience pain in your joints when you are completing in a competition. As a young child their feet are wider near the toes because they have cartilage which only later in life is formed into strong bones that give the foot its form. This is why everyone can not wear the same form of running support because everyone is different and what might work for you might not work for anyone ells. Do not compare yourself to others you need to adapt to what is good for your body and what works the best for you.

It is simply the same as having a broken arm and not setting it in the correct way before putting the cast on. It might heal back skew or might not even want to heal and at times might need to break the arm again. This is the same with your feet you need to make sure your feet are placed into the cast correctly taking the bones and muscles also into consideration.
